GUIDA PER LA RICHIESTA DI RECLUTAMENTO, Da seguire attentamente! L'ignoranza non è ammessa!

Visti i numerosi post con descizioni alquanto lacunose, vi inserisco una guida su come fare la richiesta per entrare nella gilda KP:

CHI NON SEGUE ATTENTAMENTE QUESTA DETTAGLIATA DESCRIZIONE VERRA' SCARTATO A PRIORI!

ENGLISH VERSION

1) Leggere attentamente LE LEGGI DI GILDA

2) Impostazione della richiesta:
- Nick in game, nome reale, età, città di provenienza
- Template dei pg che avete, accompagnati dallo screenshot della schermata di selezione del personaggio, descrivendoli minuziosamente e in particolare devono essere inserite queste informazioni:
* Skill (inserendo a quanto si è in quella skill)
* Stat (sia come skill che come stat il pg deve essere full skillato)
* Armor (non importa che abbiate l'armor super powah, ma deve comunque rientrare nei limiti della decenza)
- Tutti gli altri pg anche se taggati in altre gilde. Ricordo a tal proposito che non accettiamo player che hanno pg taggati in altre gilde pvm.
- Le vostre esperienze su UO. In che gilde siete stati, quanti e quali champ avete fatto, che stile di gioco avete, etc.
- Perchè volete entrare nei KP (non scrivete "perchè siete tutti gay!")
- Un vostro contatto msn/icq

3) Ultima ma prima in ordine di importanza: essere coscienti che i kp sono un gruppo di persone, e in quanto gruppo condividono tutto come una vera "famiglia" o gruppo di amici. Non esiste il lamer, non esiste il solitario, si fa tutto, qualunque cosa, insieme.

4) Compilare questo modulo non significa "ok, bella sei preso" se viene passato questo primo controllo sarà il GM o un Ælite a parlare con il candidato... e lui prenderà la decisione definitiva SECONDO IL SUO GIUDIZIO quindi non date per scontato che siate presi solo per un post.

5) Se in passato avete avuto discussioni con un qualunque membro KP prego fare nome, circostanze e avvenimenti per evitare sgradevoli sorprese in un successivo momento (la parola di un vecchio KP è superiore a quella un pg appena gildato) e in caso di risolvere e cancellare vecchie ruggini.

1. In Game, se non sono seguiti da un post su questo forum.


2. In icq/msn, se non è seguito da un post su questo forum.


3. Per PM, se non viene comunque fatto post in questa sezione.

Since there have been numerous posts with pretty lacking descriptions, here it is a guide on how to make a request to join KP Guild:

WARNING, WHO WON'T FOLLOW CAREFULLY THESE INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE REJECTED IMMEDIATELY

VERSIONE ITALIANA

1. Read carefully the GUILD RULES

2. Request setting:
- Nickname in the game, real name, age, city of origin
- Templates of the pgs that you have together with the screenshot of your character selection screen, describing each char thoroughly and these informations have to be included:
* Skill (inserting your level in that skill)
* Stat (both as skill and stat, the pg has to be full trained)
* Armor (it doesn’t matter that you have the super powah armor, it has to be within the limits of fairness)
- All the other pgs even if tagged in other guilds. Players with pg tagged in other guild pvm are not accepted
- Your experience on Uo. In which guilds you have been, how many and which champs you have done, what play style you have, etc…
- Why you want to join kp
- A contact (msn/icq)

3. The most important rule: to be aware that the kps are groups of people, and as a group they share everything as a real “family”or a group of friends. Lamer doesn’t exist, solitaire doesn’t exist, everything is done together.

4. Filling in this module doesn’t mean “oh yeah dude you are in”, if this first check is passed, then the GM or an AElite will talk to the candidate, and then he will make his final decision according to his own opinion. Hence do not take for granted you are in just for a post.

5. If previously you have had argues with any kp member, please signal the name, circumstances and happenings in order to avoid unpleasant surprises afterwards, and in case sort out or dispel old disagreements.

RECRUITMENT REQUESTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED:

1. In game if not followed by a post in this forum.


2. In msn/icq if not followed by a post in this forum.


3. Through PM if no post is done in this forum.
